The Piano Lady is another new piece this year. I made her because we discovered a pin block with a distinctive shape that to me looked remarkably like the figure of a woman. Usually they are simply straight boards with about 230 holes in them. I added a few other action pieces to make her a little wider and add interest, then decorated her with tuning pins and strings, a fitting ensemble for the piece that used to hold them.
