Some years ago the ladies in my Sunday school class started a project to research and share with the class news of women who were being persecuted around the world—some for the sake of their faith in Christ, and others simply for being women. Our building was new, and our walls were bare, so one of the ladies asked for some pictures of the women of which we were learning. At that time, I took it upon myself to begin drawing their pictures. I found photos online and copied them in color pencil. Sadly, I moved out of state before I could complete all the drawings I had planned to do, but someday I will get back to them and finish what I started.
